Terms of Reference
The Board of Directors determine on an annual basis the terms for which committee meetings are conducted. These expand on the the requirements of the Instrument of Government, Articles of Association, Funding Agreement and DfE Academies Financial Handbook and statutory regulations.
Although not legally binding, they can be helpful to the Board of Directors in the event of any dispute, by demonstrating that agreed procedures had been followed.
The Terms of Reference documents below outline the delegated functions to three main committees of the Audit Committee; Resources Committee and, Curriculum and Achievement Committee. These documents set out the membership, quorum and delegated activities for each committee.
